Try these checks in order

Open Plan Usage to see the current count and limit.

Read the warning shown on the affected page.

Remove or archive unused work when the recovery screen permits it.

Review available plans if the workspace regularly needs more capacity.
If that did not solve it
Contact support Contact signed-in support for account-specific help. Support cannot silently bypass plan limits.
