My custom domain will not verify

Compare the required DNS record with what your provider published.

Try these checks in order

    Use the exact hostname shown in ShortSaucy.

  2. 2

    Copy the record value without adding spaces or quotation marks.

  3. 3

    Remove conflicting records for the same hostname when appropriate.

  4. 4

    Wait for DNS caching, then choose Recheck.

  5. 5

    Do not point a domain used for another website at ShortSaucy.

If that did not solve it

If it still fails, send support the hostname, DNS provider, and a screenshot of the record. Never send your registrar password.
